I am Mrs. Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya, FCIArb, a Partner at Africa Law Practice NG & Co (ALP NG & Co) and Co-Head of its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. With extensive experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), I specialise in domestic and international commercial arbitration, representing private, corporate, and state clients in high-stakes matters before trial and appellate courts in Nigeria.
My professional journey includes a distinguished tenure as General Counsel in the Governor’s Office in Lagos State (2011–2015), where I contributed to public-private partnerships, arbitration legislation, and justice sector reforms. Before that, as a Senior Aide in Justice Sector Reform (2007–2011), I played a pivotal role in advancing product liability and consumer protection frameworks.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb, UK) and an accredited CeDR Mediator, I am deeply committed to promoting best practices in ADR. My memberships include:
